Stump grinding
After removals, having your stumps ground will give your property a more polished appearance. Not only will this look nicer but leaving a stump can cause problems you may not expect. The stump will eventually begin to decay and can attract wood boring pests. These pests have the potential to spread to surrounding plants, trees, and even your house. Depending on the size of your stump, you will be left with a mound of woodchips. Property owners can leave the woodchips out in the elements to naturally decompose, by occasionally turning them. When it is appropriate, dirt can be placed direcly on top. Wood chips can also be dispersed into gardens and used as mulch for landscaping.
